I can guarantee that some people are not smart enoughor switched on enough to really grasp how powerfulthese simple categories are for organized living.I hope that you are smart enough to focus on thisproperly.
Are the possibilities and opportunities that lifeobviously has to offer overwhelming? Are you forwhatever reasons not fully tapping the potentialyou know organized living would provide? Of courseyou are otherwise you wouldn't finish this article.
Looking back on how things were for me 8 years ago beforeI discovered what I am revealing to you here fororganized living, I can now realize that my life hasimproved in every one of these categories, and continuesto do so.
So as you allow yourself the space to wonder and hold avision of having genuinely and deeply organized living, heavy feelings of overwhelm will lift into a comfortablelightheartedness, because you will gradually see newpower and possibility for every area of how toorganize life.
It helps to consider that our life has..An internal world (dealing directly with your personalself, your thoughts, feelings, and actions),An external world, (dealing with your environment andcircumstances).
Think of something that is a little overwhelming foryou at present. Are there dishes to be done? Maybea company is still trying to charge you for somethingyou cancelled 2 months ago. Or perhaps it's anemotional upset regarding a conversation you arethinking of having with someone.
How can you use the 2 factors to considerably helporganize those types of issues towards fullorganized living?
Using those factors of internal and external worldsyou will be able to achieve full organized living.
Overcharging company: Internally it might be causingyou anxiety or just bother about the wasted time.Externally it requires correspondence with the companyto resolve the issue.Emotional upset: Externally it is about having acertain conversation with someone. Internally there issome decisions or thinking to be done about the choicesand the thoughts that you are holding that are causingthe upset.Pile of dishes: Internally you might be thinkingthat your partner should be the one doing it this time,or that you want to leave it until Lauren comes over soyou can chat whilst you're in the kitchen doing suchchores as washing up. Externally it requires spending20 minutes actually doing it.
Are you still awake? I hope so because what I'm aboutto show you will take this to the next level. Those 2factors equal the 2 major areas of organized living.
To make this a broader concept for complete organizedliving, call the external factor Societal Processing, which means effecting change in society. And for theinternal factor, call it Internal Processing (effectingchange in yourself).
Internal Processing involves organizing your actions, thoughts, and feelings to create the direct lifeexperience that you want.Societal Processing includes business and involvementin community, etc.
Both types of processing are intimately connectedof course. And there are 3 realms of organized living.
The Physical Realm organizes your lifestyle: includingpeople in your life, environment, your health, security, wealth, etc.The Emotional Realm organizes your 'spiritual' oremotional experience of life. Your pursuit of happinessand romance, peace, and adventure. The Mental Realm organizes your thought. Thedevelopment of mind includes learning, self-questioning,character development, listening, exploring, anddeveloping influence.
Organized Living requires controlling and organizingthose 3 realms by listing everything in your life, andeverything you want in your life, and categorizing itall into those 3 realms.
Develop your mindfulness of the 2 factors of InternalProcessing and Societal Processing so that your 3realms are organized.
So the question is this. How can you personally takethese ideas and control them to achieve greater organizedliving?
